Charles Simpson has been providing The Maher Law Firm clients with personalized service, for more than 25 years, by obtaining the preliminary information needed for the early resolution of their personal injury claims.  Before joining the firm, he was a senior claims representative for a major insurance company.  He graduated from the University of Central Florida and was Vice President of Student Government his senior year.

 

Charles Simpson assists in the handling of many of our auto cases through the direction of the clients' attorney.  He is available to the clients from the initial intake, through mediation and trial, when necessary.  His knowledge and expertise on coverages and accident investigations is an asset in processing these claims.  With the assistance of his assistant the information needed for the claim is gathered promptly which expedites the handling of the clients' case for the best possible outcome.
