Cindy Harris has more than 20 years of insurance defense and plaintiff’s practice experience. She has traveled nationwide for the St. Paul Companies assessing litigation challenges and creating organization strategies for risk analysis.

 

During the 1990s, Ms. Harris initiated a trial project for the insurance industry that focused on identifying emerging areas of medical liability and developing effective courtroom defenses for high-exposure cases. In addition to her knowledge of leveraging early case resolution and evaluating risks, Ms. Harris has extensive alternate dispute resolution experience as a national negotiator in arbitration and mediation.

 

A graduate of the University of Miami, Cindy Harris has expanded her knowledge in a variety of specialties including negotiating skills at the University of Michigan, healthcare risk management at the Florida Risk Management Institute and by attending numerous seminars on medical liability and nursing home litigation.
