Churchill H. Huston

Attorney

Churchill H. Huston is a graduate of Hobart College in Geneva, New York where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Temple University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Huston was a Barrister’s Award recipient and received honors as a member of Moot Court. Most recently Mr. Churchill was named a 2008 Super Lawyers Rising Star.

After receiving his law degree, Churchill was admitted to both Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars. Prior to joining The Maher Law Firm, Churchill gained considerable courtroom experience at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where he worked in the Juvenile Special Defense Unit representing juvenile clients charged in adult court.

From there he began his work with a Philadelphia area firm specializing in matters involving nursing home abuse and neglect as well as medical negligence cases.

Churchill’s legal experience also includes clerking for the Honorable Joel B. Rosen in the District of New Jersey while attending Temple Law School. He brings immense experience to our team of attorneys.

In addition to Churchill’s significant accomplishments in the field of law, he is a volunteer with the German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, a breed of dogs used primarily for hunting. Volunteers assist German Shorthaired Pointers who need homes or require special health care. Churchill and his two sons enjoy ice hockey and soccer.

Churchill is a member of the American Constitutional Society and will continue developing his practice with The Maher Law Firm representing victims of elder abuse and neglect as well as all other aspects of personal injury law.
